This role is responsible for prospecting, engaging, and closing new business across multiple service-based verticals. This role focuses on outbound sales, and relationship building. The pay is a base salary
plus commission. There is no cap on commission. Competitive comp package with base salary starting at $65k and health insurance benefits.
The ideal candidate is self-motivated, resilient, organized, and coachable. They understand that consistent effort in the early months leads to predictable success later and are comfortable managing long-cycle sales.
- Identify and prospect new business across assigned verticals and regions
- Focus on high-value prospects
- Source and verify decision maker contact information
- Maintain a healthy pipeline through consistent daily prospecting
- Conduct outbound cold calls, emails, and follow-ups using approved brand language
- Deliver clear, compelling pitches tailored by vertical
- Leave effective voicemails, interface successfully with gatekeepers to reach decision makers
- Schedule and conduct discovery and proposal conversations with decision makers
- Manage deals from first contact through close
Present proposals and follow-ups consistently - Negotiate and address objections professionally
- Guide business owners through signup and offer setup

- 1-3+ years of sales experience, Business to Business (B2B) and outbound experience a plus
- Efficient in cold outreach and follow-up
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- CRM experience preferred
- Experience in home services or mid-market/small business sales and larger enterprise clients a BIG plus but not required
