Senior Account Manager

A high-growth wholesale distributor is seeking a Sales Manager to support its closeout, excess inventory, and opportunistic merchandise business. The company sources deal-driven inventory from manufacturers and distributors and resells it through a global network of dollar, off-price, grocery, and commercial buyers.

This role is designed for experienced professionals who understand the secondary retail market and thrive in a fast-paced, inventory-driven sales environment. It is a high-volume, outbound, relationship-driven sales position.

• Drive daily revenue by selling opportunistic inventory across multiple general merchandise categories
• Leverage existing buyer relationships to move product quickly
• Build and expand a significant book of business
• Prospect strategically within dollar, off-price, grocery, and commercial channels
• Negotiate and close fast-moving deals with urgency

• Experience in closeout, liquidation, overstock, or wholesale distribution
• Existing relationships with dollar stores, off-price chains, grocery closeout buyers, or commercial/industrial buyers
• History of managing or building a $2.5M+ book of business
• Strong outbound calling and deal-closing track record
• Retail buyers or merchandisers from off-price or discount chains who have transitioned into sales are strongly encouraged to apply.

• Base salary aligned to experience
• Uncapped commission structure

Full-time, in-office in Fort Lauderdale. Limited travel.
