ASC Global is a leading independent distributor of electronic components with over 25 years in the industry. As we continue to grow our North American operations, we are looking for a Sales Director to lead and scale our US headquarters in Tamarack, Florida - driving revenue, building a high-performance team, and serving as the commercial engine of our domestic operations.
This is a leadership role for someone with a passion for sales, a proven ability to develop talent, and the drive to own results.
What You ll Be Doing- Lead, manage, and grow the US sales team from our Tamarack headquarters
- Drive new business development across target verticals including automotive, MRO, aviation, and broader manufacturing industries
- Own the office s revenue targets and pipeline performance
- Build and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers across North America and globally
- Manage the full sales cycle - from prospecting and sourcing through negotiation and close
- Collaborate with ASC Global s international purchasing, operations, and management teams
- Monitor market trends, component availability, allocations, and pricing dynamics
- Report directly to senior leadership and contribute to global commercial strategy
- Coach, train, and develop sales staff - getting new hires productive quickly and continuously raising the bar on team performance
- 8–15+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in electronic components distribution — but we will strongly consider candidates with a background in automotive, MRO, aviation, or other manufacturing-related industries
- Demonstrated passion for sales and a highly competitive, results-driven mindset
- Proven track record of leading a sales team and consistently hitting revenue targets
- Hands-on experience onboarding, training, and developing sales professionals
- Ability to coach, hold a team accountable, and build a culture of performance
- Strong existing network within relevant B2B industries
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Experience managing office-based teams and daily sales operations
- CRM and reporting proficiency
- Located in or near Tamarack, Florida - or willing to relocate
