* our team is a growing construction and development company specializing in high‑quality concrete restoration, waterproofing and roofing solutions for residential and commercial properties. We are expanding our roofing division sales team in South Florida and are seeking driven, results‑oriented Sales Representatives who thrive in a performance‑based environment.
* Position. Overview
* The Sales Representative will be responsible for generating and closing roofing sales by prospecting, conducting on‑site inspections, presenting solutions, and guiding customers through the sales process. This is a 100% commission‑based role, ideal for self‑motivated professionals with a strong work ethic and a hunter mindset.

• Knock pre‑mapped neighborhoods daily, qualify homeowners, and book inspections
• Run the full discovery‑to‑close cycle on appointments you set or are assigned
• Coordinate with operations on inspection scheduling and install handoff
• Bring back field intel — objections, pricing pressure, competitor activity — to weekly team huddle

• Day 30:
  Through onboarding, first commission cleared, hitting daily activity targets
• Month 6:
  Holding steady close rate and a full pipeline of self‑gen plus assigned leads
• Year 1:
  Top quartile clears $115K+ and is in the conversation for team lead or closer roles

• Coachable. Sales experience is a plus but track record of grinding through anything counts more
• Comfortable being measured by output — activity, close rate, and earned commission
• Reliable transportation and comfort with daily field work in all weather
