Job Description
The District Enrollment Specialist (DES) is responsible for driving enrollment growth and improving lead to enrollment conversion across a defined group of schools within an assigned district or geographic area. This role provides focused enrollment expertise, consistent execution of enrollment best practices, and hands on, in school support, including conducting tours and partnering directly with school leaders to increase new family enrollments and optimize utilization.
The DES works closely with school leadership, district leadership, and marketing teams to manage the enrollment lifecycle, strengthen lead engagement, and improve tour to enrollment outcomes through execution, coaching, and feedback.
This position is for the S FL district and candidates must reside near Fort Lauderdale, FL.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
- High School diploma required.
- Associate's degree preferred.
- 3+ years of sales experience required; education or service industry preferred.

- Effective communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal.
- Proficient time management, organizational skills and ability to meet established deadlines.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Compensation and Benefits:
- Compensation based on position, education and experience. Bi-weekly paid. $ hourly rate.
- This position is also eligible for our Support Central bonus program which is based on annual achievement of company performance.
