Showroom Sales Manager

Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Showroom Sales Specialist to represent a premium interior solutions product line for both B2C and B2B clients
. In this role, you will provide customized space solutions for residential and commercial interiors while generating new business, managing client relationships, and driving revenue growth. • Develop in-depth knowledge of products, features, and applications.
• Follow up with leads promptly and schedule showroom or in-home consultations.
• Assist walk-in customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Maintain strong account management through consistent follow-ups.
• Build and manage a healthy sales pipeline.
• Prospect and develop new business among architects, interior designers, office furniture dealers, contractors, and developers.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and professional associations.
• Organize and host showroom tours and networking events to generate sales opportunities.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the CRM system.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
• Oversee daily showroom operations and ensure an exceptional customer experience.

• 3-5 years of successful sales experience in luxury furniture, flooring, stone, tile, or related industries.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, research, and organizational skills.
• Solid mathematical and measurement abilities.
• Experience using CRM platforms and prospecting tools.
• Proven ability to generate new business through cold calling and networking.
• Self-motivated, outgoing, and professional demeanor.
• Familiarity with commercial space plans and architectural drawings is a plus.
• Valid driver's license required.

• High School Diploma required.
• Associate degree preferred.
• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design is a plus.
