As an Account Manager (Opener), you'll be the first point of contact with merchants. Your role is to identify opportunities by reaching out to merchants, understanding their situation, and qualifying those who are ready to discuss resolving their accounts.

You'll work directly under a Senior Account Manager, building your own pipeline of qualified merchants. Once a merchant is ready to move forward, you'll introduce them to your Senior Account Manager, who will negotiate the settlement agreement and payment plan. You'll earn commission on every successful deal generated from your pipeline, in addition to your annual salary.

• Contact merchants using company-provided leads and assigned accounts
• Build rapport with business owners and identify merchants interested in resolving their obligations
• Qualify opportunities and transition them to your Senior Account Manager
• Build and maintain your own pipeline of active merchants
• Maintain accurate notes and follow‑up activity within our system
• Meet daily and weekly outreach goals

Previous experience in sales, collections, customer service, or negotiations is a plus, but we're willing to invest in the right person with the right attitude.

• $40,000 annual base salary
