• Making outbound calls to casino players.
• As a Casino Sales Agent (or an unstoppable Sales Representative / Sales Executive), you’ll spark engaging conversations with players on behalf of top casino brands.
• Use your superb communication skills to spark curiosity in inactive players, helping them rediscover the thrill they’ve been missing.
• Discuss upcoming bonus campaigns that get them right back into the action.
• Guide players through websites with ease, creating genuine connections and providing entertainment over the phone.
• Work closely with your sales manager to set and exceed ambitious goals and targets, taking your powerful sales skills to the next level.
• Other duties as required.

• Drive to succeed with a competitive spirit and eagerness to learn sales skills (prior sales experience is not required).
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to consistently follow strict compliance guidelines.
• Genuine curiosity about the exciting world of social casino, with a drive to grow in this dynamic industry.
• A knack for striking up engaging conversations—you build rapport effortlessly and can forge meaningful relationships over the phone.
• An extremely competitive edge—hungry to learn new sales techniques and always challenging the way you’ve done sales before.
• You know that everyone wants to buy, but no one wants to be sold.
• Fluency in English is essential.

• A competitive base rate of $18.70/hour plus uncapped commission - your drive determines your earning potential (avg. annual earnings from $60,000 - $85,000).
• Provided Leads will be given to you, no need to prospect your own leads.
• Office hours:
  Tuesday - Saturday, with varying hours from 10:45 am - 9:00 pm EST.
• Expected 38.75 hours/week for proper work-life-balance. (Overtime available).
• 10 days of PTO provided calendar-year with multiple competitions year-round to earn extra days.
