At Ideagen, we re helping healthcare organisations improve quality, compliance, governance, risk management, and operational performance. As we continue to invest in growth across North America, we re looking for an ambitious Account Executive to drive new business within the healthcare sector.

• This role is focused on developing and winning new business opportunities across hospitals and healthcare systems throughout the United States.
• Healthcare buying environments are complex. Success in this role requires someone who understands how hospitals evaluate, procure, and implement technology solutions, and who can confidently engage stakeholders at every stage of the buying journey.
• Our solutions address highly regulated business challenges, but domain expertise can be learned. Experience selling into hospitals is the key ingredient for success. If you also bring SaaS sales experience, even better.

• Proven experience selling products or services into US hospitals or healthcare systems.
• A track record of new business sales success.
• Experience navigating complex buying groups and procurement processes.
• Strong commercial acumen and consultative selling skills.

• SaaS or enterprise software sales experience.
• Experience with in healthcare technology, quality, compliance, governance, risk, or related fields.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or other structured sales methodologies.

• Account Manager looking to transition into a new business-focused role.
• Already succeeding but feel ready for a bigger opportunity.
• Motivated by growth, achievement, and continuous learning.
