Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative for a direct hire opportunity in Fort Lauderdale, FL, within the aerospace and defense industry. This role is ideal for an early-career sales professional with 1 to 2 years of experience who is ready to grow in business development, new account generation, customer engagement, and sales support. The Inside Sales Representative will help identify new business opportunities, build relationships with prospective customers, support account growth, and contribute to revenue goals in a specialized, high-value industry.

• Identify and qualify new sales opportunities through outbound calls, emails, lead follow-up, and account research.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective and existing customers in the aerospace and defense market.
• Support business development efforts by preparing quotes, tracking opportunities, and coordinating with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate customer records, activity notes, pipeline updates, and sales data in CRM or related systems.
• Communicate product, service, availability, and pricing information clearly and professionally.
• Partner with sales leadership to achieve individual and team revenue, account development, and customer service goals.

• Salary range: $48,000.00 per year + bonus
