I'm recruiting for a fast-growing freight brokerage that gives experienced brokers the autonomy, earning potential, and control to build and manage their own business - without the corporate silos and internal account fighting.

We are seeking a driven, experienced Cradle-to-Grave Freight Broker to join our team. In this full-lifecycle role, you are entirely responsible for prospecting shippers, securing freight, sourcing carriers, and tracking shipments through to successful delivery. • Shipper Acquisition:
  Prospect, pitch, and close new shipping clients to build a sustainable, profitable book of business.
• Carrier Sourcing:
  Utilize DAT, Truckstop, and internal networks to source, vet, and negotiate rates with qualified carriers.
• Full Lifecycle Management:
  Oversee the entire life of the load-from writing the rate confirmation to dispatching, check-calls, and final delivery.
• Relationship Management:
  Act as the single, dedicated point of contact for your shippers, providing premium customer service and solving transit issues in real time.

• 1-3 years of verifiable experience as a freight broker or agent.
• A portable, active book of shipper business is highly preferred.
• Deep understanding of freight market dynamics, lane pricing, and carrier negotiation strategies.
• Proficient with major Load Boards (DAT, Truckstop) and modern TMS systems.

• Uncapped earning potential with highly competitive commission splits.
• Freedom from corporate micro-management and internal account fighting.
