Sales Account Manager

Empire Medical Training is seeking a top-performing Inside Sales Representative to close inbound leads and run high-conversion outbound follow-up calls. This is a performance-driven, high-reward role built for true closers — not order takers.

You’ll work from our Fort Lauderdale office Monday through Friday, with availability for one Saturday per month for events or sales-team coverage. The leads are warm, the commission is uncapped, and the room to grow is real.

• Talk to warm leads all day. Handle 100-150 inbound and outbound calls daily, connecting with doctors, nurses, and medical professionals who’ve already expressed interest in our courses. No cold calling.
• Close enrollments and memberships. Guide clients through our catalog and help them register for the right courses and membership options for their goals.
• Upsell and cross-sell. Spot opportunities to introduce bundled courses, advanced certifications, and continuing-education options that add real value for each client.
• Own your pipeline in the CRM. Use structured, task-based follow-ups to track leads, log detailed notes, and make sure every contact gets timely, professional attention.
• Hit and beat your targets. Maintain a steady pipeline and deliver monthly sales of $100K-$150K depending on your tier — with uncapped commissions, performance bonuses, and leader board recognition.

• 2+ years of inside sales experience, preferably phone-based and in-office.
• A proven track record closing $100K-$150K+ in monthly revenue and consistently hitting or beating quota.
• Confidence talking with healthcare professionals and handling high-value objections with professionalism and poise.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication, with strong listening and rapport-building skills.
• CRM proficiency — you can manage a pipeline, log detailed call notes, and track follow-ups accurately.
• Self-motivated and disciplined, with the competitive drive to thrive in a performance-based environment.
• Comfortable working in an office Monday through Friday, with availability for one Saturday per month as needed.
• Strong commission up to quota, with an accelerator percentage above quota.
