NeuroHealth Sales Specialist - Lauderdale, FL

Sales Specialist (Psychiatry) — Fort Lauderdale area Responsibilities:

• Achieve all sales performance goals for assigned geography
• Coordinate efforts with sales leadership, other Teva teams, market access, sales operations, and training
• Develop business plans to meet/exceed territory sales goals; sell across different settings of care and identify opportunities
• Build relationships with HCPs and office staff; respond to their needs
• Provide product demonstrations, physician detailing, and in-servicing
• Consult with physicians/nurses/office staff to promote products and provide product/patient education
• Maintain required call average (face-to-face with target customers)
• Use traditional and non-traditional problem-solving to improve performance
• Adhere to Teva compliance policies and guidelines

• Bachelor’s degree required
• Full-time documented B2B sales experience preferred
• Pharmaceutical sales experience preferred; psychiatric therapeutic area experience strongly preferred
• Proven record achieving sales goals and building customer relationships
• Experience launching psychiatric products across multiple settings of care

• Live/virtual customer interaction; technology proficiency
• Reimbursement knowledge/pull-through strategies; experience in CMHC, specialty pharmacy, private practice (preferred/required as listed)
• Leadership/interpersonal skills; written/verbal communication skills
• Travel as required (may include overnight/weekend)
• Valid US driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Ability to pass background/motor/drug screening
• Occasional lifting up to 20 lbs
• Experience calling on CMHCs is a plus
