- Create new opportunities through hospitality associations, POS consultants, distributors, agencies, events, and local industry partnerships.
- Maintain accurate opportunity stages, activity, next steps, and forecasts in the CRM.

- Help refine target customer profiles, positioning, objection handling, outreach messages, and sales materials.
- Capture recurring objections, competitive intelligence, and customer needs, then share structured feedback with Product and Marketing.
- Represent Intreego at hospitality, restaurant, nightlife, retail, beverage, and technology events.
- Identify strategic multi-location, channel, distributor, and brand opportunities while maintaining focus on venue acquisition.
- Coordinate closely with the Technical Onboarding Specialist to ensure a clean transition from signed agreement to live account.
- Remain commercially involved through initial activation so that sold accounts become successfully launched accounts.
- Identify opportunities to expand customers into higher plans, additional locations, premium integrations, promotional services, analytics, or brand-supported programs.
- Support referrals, testimonials, and case-study development.
