Entry Level Sales Representative

Renuity, a national leader in home remodeling, is hiring Entry Level Sales Representatives to support our fast-growing bathroom, window, door, and home renovation business. In this role, you'll learn to generate and qualify leads, conduct in-home consultations, and present tailored remodeling solutions to homeowners. You'll receive training on our products, sales process, and customer experience standards while working in a customer-focused, performance-driven environment.

Collaborate closely with installation and operations teams to ensure a smooth project journey. This is an on-site, field-based role with clear career paths in sales and operations.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify homeowners interested in remodeling projects
• Conduct in-home or virtual consultations to understand customer needs
• Present Renuity's bath, window, door, and remodeling solutions
• Prepare and deliver professional sales proposals
• Follow up on leads from marketing and local brand partners
• Use CRM tools to track leads, appointments, and closures
• Collaborate with installation and operations teams to ensure smooth projects
• Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets
• Maintain strong product and industry knowledge
• Represent Renuity with professionalism and customer focus
