Medicare and individual health insurance sales provide a rewarding career that offers a pathway to real financial success, while giving you the opportunity to serve individuals in our marketplace.
We are looking for self‑employed (1099) agents who are team players, enjoy being out in the field, maintain a professional appearance, and believe in educating prospects to the close—without pressure‑closing tactics. This position is not a work‑from‑home opportunity.
Opportunity includes:
- Advanced first‑year commissions (on issue)
- Vesting of renewal commissions
- Realistic six‑figure income
- Three to four preset appointments daily, no cold calling
- Agency training
Applicants must be, or soon to be, licensed with the Florida Department of Insurance. A license in your state from the Department of Insurance and a high level of professionalism and integrity are required.
Agents enjoy daily appointments set through our marketing department, allowing one‑on‑one consultative selling of Medicare Supplements, Medicare Advantage, Medicare Prescription Drug plans, and more. We provide thorough training, administrative support, and a proven marketing system developed over 26 years. This is a career agency, not a part‑time opportunity; we seek agents ready to commit and succeed.
