The Sales Executive is a local sales role focused on identifying, developing, and closing opportunities for beverage dispense installation, service, and equipment upgrades. You'll build relationships with bars, restaurants, hospitality venues, entertainment locations, and other on-premise accounts while identifying solutions that meet their needs.

This role combines traditional sales and relationship-building skills with enough technical and mechanical understanding to evaluate opportunities in the field. You'll meet with clients, conduct discovery, assess site conditions, take measurements, identify basic equipment and installation needs, and clearly document project requirements.

The Sales Executive will also manage leads and pipeline activity, maintain accurate CRM records, follow up consistently, and work toward sales goals while ensuring opportunities are properly scoped and handed off to our operations team. The goal is to create qualified opportunities that AHFP can confidently quote, install, service, and support.

Position Requirements

  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in business, sales, marketing, hospitality, construction management, or a related field preferred.
  • Prior experience in outside sales, on-premise account development, beverage, hospitality, construction, field service, installation, or a related client-facing business preferred.
  • Strong consultative selling, customer service, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to build trust, ask effective discovery questions, present solutions professionally, and develop long‑term client relationships.
  • Ability to manage a local sales territory, develop new opportunities, follow up on assigned leads, maintain pipeline activity, meet sales targets, and update CRM records accurately and consistently.
  • Strong organizational and follow‑through skills, with the ability to document scope details, client expectations, site conditions, proposal assumptions, and handoff information clearly for Project Management, Installation, Service, and internal AHFP teams.
  • Professional appearance and presentation skills, with the ability to represent AHFP credibly at on‑premises accounts, client meetings, site visits, proposal discussions, and industry or market events.
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and results‑driven, with the ability to work independently, coordinate across departments, and support AHFP's Vision.
