Junior Account Manager

APC Packaging is seeking an entry level, Junior Account Manager to join our in-office team at our Fort Lauderdale, FL headquarters. This role is fully on-site and requires daily in-office attendance. Remote work is not available for this position.

The Junior Account Manager will be responsible for the maintenance and relationship building of long-term key customers. The ideal candidate will manage the order fulfillment process, provide solutions, and achieve mutual satisfaction with the company and clients. The goal of this position is to grow and sustain present business to achieve long-term relationships and company success.

Job Description

· Own and manage assigned key accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for all matters related to the customer’s account.

· Manage the process of order fulfillment by reviewing, confirming, and entering sales orders.

· Keep track of order status to ensure timely shipments and payments from customers.

· Proactively identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support account growth.

· Oversee project steps from development, samples, production status, and shipping, while keeping the customer informed throughout the process.

· Navigate production timelines, international coordination, and internal processes to ensure successful execution.

· Anticipate challenges and communicate solutions clearly and confidently to both customers and internal teams.

· Become liaison with internal teams (including Sales, Project Development, Logistics and Accounting) to improve overall customer experience.

· Learn company products, processes, and policies to provide customers with the best user experience.

· Balance multiple custom projects simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and strong attention to detail.

· Provide a positive and enthusiastic customer experience.

Job Qualifications

· Bachelor’s Degree required.

· Customer service in an Account Management role preferred, but not required.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.

· Detail oriented, this is very important as many of our orders are custom made.
