• Engage with potential clients to understand their healthcare needs and provide tailored Medicare solutions.
• Utilize CRM systems, dialers, and other tools to manage and track client interactions effectively.
• Participate actively in team meetings and training sessions to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
• Maintain strong attendance and adhere to compliance and daily routines.
• Handle high call volumes and rejection with resilience and a positive attitude.
• Collaborate with team members and communicate openly with leads and managers to achieve team goals.

• In possession of a 2-15 or 2-40 insurance license.
• Must pass a background check.
• Work full-time in-person, Monday–Friday.
• Ability to meet and exceed daily and monthly sales goals.
• Sales or customer service background, ideally in high-volume environments, is preferred.
• Strong customer interaction skills, with the ability to build rapport and uncover needs through probing.
