Society Mortgage is looking for high-energy, motivated Loan Officer Assistants who want more than just a job. This is an opportunity to get your foot in the door of the mortgage industry, learn directly from experienced Loan Officers, develop your sales skills, and build a path toward becoming a Loan Officer.

- Full-time, in-office in Downtown Fort Lauderdale
- Speak with warm leads and potential borrowers
- Qualify and understand borrower needs
- Build rapport and establish trust over the phone
- Learn mortgage products and the home-buying process
- Support Loan Officers throughout the sales process
- Develop the communication and sales skills needed to become a Loan Officer
- Work toward earning your seat as a licensed Loan Officer

What We're Looking For:- Driven and competitive

- Coachable and willing to learn
- Goal-oriented and motivated by earning potential
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Previous sales, customer service, call center, or mortgage experience is a plus, but not required
NMLS licensing is not required to start. We'll guide you through the process as you progress toward becoming a Loan Officer.
