Business Development & Site Start-Up Assistant

Florida Clinical Trials Group is seeking a proactive and highly organized professional to support new clinical trial opportunities from initial sponsor/CRO contact through feasibility, site selection, and study start-up.

This is not a passive administrative role. We are looking for someone who can
take ownership, follow up consistently, identify what is missing, and help move opportunities forward
.

Key responsibilities include feasibility support, sponsor/CRO communication, study pipeline tracking, site qualification coordination, start-up follow-up, and internal coordination with investigators and operations teams.

The ideal candidate is:

• Proactive and solution-oriented
• Highly organized and reliable
• Comfortable managing multiple priorities
• Professional in sponsor/CRO communications
• Persistent with follow-up
• Able to identify next steps without waiting for constant direction
• Interested in growing within clinical research

Previous clinical research or study start-up experience is preferred. Oncology experience is a plus.

The position also includes additional performance-based compensation tied to the successful development and conversion of new study opportunities.

Success in this role means knowing where each opportunity stands, what is outstanding, and what needs to happen next.
