As a Security Officer Experienced Patrol in Miami, FL, you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Commercial Real Estate. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a premier commercial real estate location, where you will monitor assigned areas, conduct routine patrols, remain visible to help deter security‑related incidents, and support a welcoming atmosphere through strong communication and customer service.

Position Type: Full Time

Pay Rate: $20.50 / Hour

• Tue: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Wed: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Thu: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Fri: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM
• Sat: 03:00 PM - 11:00 PM

• Provide customer service to tenants, visitors, and property staff by carrying out security‑related procedures, site‑specific policies, and/or appropriate emergency response activities at a commercial real estate location.
• Respond to incidents, property concerns, and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner, documenting observations and reporting unusual activity to the appropriate contacts.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the building, common areas, parking areas, and perimeter to help deter unwanted activity and identify security‑related concerns.
• Monitor access points and observe foot and vehicle traffic to help support site rules, visitor management practices, and authorized entry procedures.
• Communicate with management, tenants, and/or first responders as needed regarding incidents, maintenance concerns, and other security‑related matters.

• Possess 2 or more years of security‑related experience.
• Be 21 or more years of age.
• Alarm panel experience is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
