Provide customer service by carrying out security-related screening procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a government transportation location;
Screen passengers, visitors, employees, and/or personal property in accordance with post orders and approved screening protocols;
Monitor entry points and restricted areas, verify identification and/or credentials, and help to deter unauthorized access or prohibited items;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner while documenting activity and communicating with supervisors and/or public officials as needed;
Conduct regular and random patrols around assigned areas and perimeter locations, with working environments and conditions that may vary by site
