Job DescriptionNow Hiring Security Professionals (Floaters) to work in Sweetwater, FL. As a Commercial Security Officer, you will serve and safeguard clients in a commercial building, office setting, or plaza. The role includes access control, patrols, and providing visible customer service and communication skills.
Pay Rate: $18.57 per hour
Part-Time: Open Availability

- Valid Florida Security License D License
- 2+ Years Security Experience
- Fluent in English and Spanish (required)
- At least 21 years of age
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or 5 years of verifiable experience
- Background investigation and drug screen as required by law
- Licensing requirements subject to state/local laws
- Provide customer service to clients by carrying out safety and security procedures, site‑specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
- Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
- Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.
