Security Dispatcher

Summary

Oversees all security radio communications, monitoring CCTV and security alarms to dispatch security team members accordingly. Answers calls for security service and assistance in a high-volume environment coordinating the deployment of security staff to ensure safety and security of all employees, patients, LIPs, visitors, and volunteers. Utilizes telephones, radios and/or computers to transmit assignments, document and compile statistics, save evidence and immediately escalates any issues and/or anomalies.
