Provide customer service to employees, drivers, visitors, and vendors while carrying out security-related procedures and site-specific policies at a logistics and distribution location;
Monitor access points, shipping and receiving areas, loading docks, parking areas, and vehicle entry and exit activity, and report unauthorized access and/or unusual activity;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, following established emergency response protocols;
Conduct regular and random unarmed patrols throughout the facility and perimeter to help deter theft, trespassing, and other security-related concerns;
Document patrol activity, incidents, and observations accurately, and communicate relevant information to Allied Universal supervisors and designated client representatives
