Provide customer service to patients, visitors, staff, and other members of the public while carrying out site-specific procedures, policies, and emergency response activities at a healthcare location;
Respond to incidents, medical emergencies, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, following established protocols and notifying appropriate personnel;
Conduct regular and random armed patrols of buildings, parking areas, access points, and surrounding perimeter to help deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns;
Monitor access to restricted areas, verify credentials as required, and report suspicious activity, hazards, or policy violations to site leadership and/or law enforcement;
Prepare clear, accurate reports regarding incidents, patrol activities, and other security-related observations in accordance with Allied Universal and site procedures
