Description
Our client has an immediate position available for a Security Alarm Technician to join their team. Skilled technicians with experience in installing and servicing access control, fire, intrusion/burglary, and CCTV systems are required. Factory training may be provided on premier product offerings including Firelite/Silent Knight, Lenel, Interlogix and Honeywell. Technicians may also work on network‑based systems, including IP video solutions and network‑based access control solutions.
The role includes servicing, maintaining, and installing systems both independently and as part of a team, and will be part of an on‑call service rotation. The position will focus mainly on residential work, primarily with
- Install, service, CCTV, access control, cabling, low voltage, fire alarm, burglar alarm, axis, avigilon, hikvision, alarms, dsx, honeywell
Skills & Qualifications
- Work with hand tools and power tools
- Work on ladders and/or scaffolding
- Ability to lift 50–75 lbs. to carry equipment, ladders or tools
- Preferred to live in North Broward or South Palm Beach (if possible)
Contract to Hire position based out of Davie, FL.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $25.00–$35.00/hr.
