* + Performs routine preventative maintenance
+ Functions as a journey mechanic and / or a general
+ Works as required by Certificate of Competency with all types of HVAC, i.e., copper,
+ steel, plastic, etc.
+ Displays a good understanding of hospital drawings.
+ Performs minor routine maintenance service to the hospital HVAC system and controls
+ temperature and humidity through the energy management system
+ Performs unrelated work as assigned as necessary.
+ Supports the mission and vision of HCH at all times
+ Maintains a clean and safe work area
+ Complies with departmental and hospital-wide policies and procedures.
** Minimum Qualifications*
* + High School or Vocational School graduate preferred
+ 2-3 years' experience in general maintenance
** Licensure*
* + Valid / current Journeyman Certificate of Competency for any county in the State of Florida, preferred
