Conti LLC is a leading heavy civil contractor specializing in drilled shaft and foundation construction. We are currently seeking a skilled Equipment Operator with a CDL Class A to support field operations across multiple job sites.

• Operate heavy equipment in support of drilled shaft and site preparation activities, including:
  • Excavators
  • Skid steers
  • Backhoes
  • Water trucks
  • Mini excavators
• Transport equipment and materials using CDL-qualified vehicles.
• Assist crews with drilled shaft operations and general site duties.
• Conduct pre-operation equipment inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Follow site safety rules and ensure compliance with OSHA and company standards.
• Work closely with supervisors and crew members to meet production goals.
• Perform work during night shifts and in all weather conditions as required.

• License:
  Valid CDL Class A (required); tanker endorsement preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Prior heavy equipment operating experience in construction or civil work.
• Certifications:
  
  OSHA or equipment-related certifications preferred.
• Travel:
  Ability and willingness to travel for multi-day and out-of-town assignments.
• Physical Requirements:
  
  Able to work outdoors year-round and perform physical job duties.
• Teamwork:
  Dependable, safety-conscious, and able to take direction.
