Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated healthcare plumber to join our team and contribute to the efficient and safe operation of our healthcare facility. The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure proper installation, repair and maintenance of plumbing systems within the facility, adhering to industry standards and regulations. The healthcare plumber will safeguard the health and well‑being of patients, staff, and visitors by maintaining reliable plumbing infrastructure.

Day Shift

• Perform installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems including pipes, fixtures, valves, and fittings, ensuring compliance with building codes and healthcare industry regulations.
• Conduct routine inspections to detect leaks, clogs, or damaged components and perform necessary repairs or replacements.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, codes, and standards and maintain required documentation.

• Certificate from an accredited Trade School or High School diploma or equivalent and 6 years of experience; apprenticeship program completion preferred.
• Valid plumbing license or certification highly preferred.
• Proven experience as a plumber, specifically in healthcare facilities or similar settings.
• Strong knowledge of plumbing systems, equipment, materials, and tools.
• Familiarity with local plumbing codes, regulations, and industry standards.
• Excellent problem‑solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects, work in confined spaces, and perform manual labor as required.
