Skilled Shell Laborer

We are seeking an experienced and motivated skilled shell laborer to join our construction team. This role focuses on the structural (shell) phase of residential and commercial building projects, including forming, framing, concrete placement, block laying, and tie-beam work. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in:

• Formwork.
• Rebar installation.
• Tie beams.
• Concrete forms.
• Concrete finishing.
• Block work.

A strong understanding of construction safety practices, blueprint interpretation, and efficient work methods is essential. Responsibilities include assisting with layout and form setup, cutting and tying rebar, mixing and pouring concrete, setting and stripping forms, and ensuring quality concrete finishes. Candidates must be able to lift and carry heavy materials, work in a variety of weather conditions, and maintain a clean and organized job site.

Reliability, attention to detail, and teamwork are critical for success in this role.
