Solar Foreman

Job Description Position Summary

AGT is looking to partner with an experienced Foreman who will provide leadership and technical expertise for solar installation projects and crews. The Foreman is responsible for the forecasting, safety, quality, customer service, and productivity of each assigned solar installation project. The Foreman is a working field position that leads teams of upwards of 10 members to complete commercial solar projects.

• Train all solar installers on all aspects of the job, including safety requirements.
• Develop a positive working dynamic within installation crews, ARI co‑workers, and subcontractors; analyze and resolve worker problems and recommend solutions.
• Organize, lead, and train crew members to complete projects within established guidelines and time frames.
• Check on the progress of installers every hour throughout the installation to ensure the process is being performed to plan; follow Construction Job Flow Procedures.
• Ensure the accuracy of your own and crew's timesheets.
