** What You'll Be Doing
*** Perform routine inspections and assist with maintenance of plant mechanical equipment
* Support preventative maintenance activities to ensure safe and efficient operations
* Identify and help troubleshoot equipment issues alongside experienced technicians
* Maintain tools, parts, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
* Follow established safety practices and contribute to a strong safety culture

*** Strong mechanical aptitude with interest in industrial or heavy equipment systems
* Ability to follow procedures, learn quickly, and apply hands-on skills effectively
* Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail and reliability
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
* Commitment to safety, accountability, and continuous improvement
** Conditions of Employment
*** Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug/alcohol screen, and background check
* Some positions require FMCSA regulated ongoing drug and alcohol testing
** Work Environment
*** Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level
** What We Offer*** $24.23 per hour
