Fleet Diesel Technician | $60K-$120K+ | M-F Schedule

We're hiring an experienced Diesel Technician for a busy, family-owned fleet maintenance operation with consistent work, strong earning potential, and a team-first culture. Whether you're an A-Tech or a strong B-Tech looking to take the next step, this is an opportunity to join a stable shop where skilled technicians are valued and rewarded.
What We Offer- $30–$45/hour (no flat rate)
- $60,000–$120,000+ annual earning potential
- Weekly pay
- Hourly and commission pay options available
- 90-day pay guarantee for technicians choosing commission
- Monday–Friday schedule (8:00 AM–5:00 PM)
- No weekends
- Medical insurance (50% company-paid)
