Pavion and our family of companies are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our fire business unit.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Project Planning & Management
• Code & Compliance Oversight
• Design & Engineering Coordination
• Procurement & Materials Management
• Field Operations & Installation Oversight
• Testing, Commissioning & Acceptance
• Financial & Contract Management
• Communication & Stakeholder Coordination
• Documentation & Close‑Out
• Safety & Quality Assurance

Basic Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, manufacturers, and signaling line circuits
• Familiarity with NFPA 72 and local fire codes
• Project management, scheduling, and budgeting skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong communication and documentation skills
• 2 years project Management Experience

• Experience working with Intrusion Alarm Systems: 2 years
• Fire Alarm Systems: 2 years
• CCTV/ IP-CCTV System: 2 years
• Access Control Systems: 2 years
• Project Management

Pay Range:
The salary range for this position is $85,000-$95,000 annually. The starting salary will be determined based on qualifications, experience, education, skills, certifications, and internal equity. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package.
