HH Staffing in Fort Lauderdale is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join a growing team. You will perform routine maintenance across apartment units, common areas, and grounds, ensuring safety and quality. The ideal candidate has 1–2 years of maintenance experience and working knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, and painting.
On-call rotation including evenings and weekends is required. High school diploma or GED preferred; EPA/HVAC certification is a plus.
