First Service Residential - - Responsibilities:
Routinely walks floors to check for problems and lights out;
Follow safety precautions while performing work;
Paints common areas and performs touch-ups when required;
Completes daily work orders as scheduled;
Performs minor maintenance across carpentry, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, painting, flooring and other building repairs
