• Minimum 1+ Years Auto Body Experience - Paint Correction & Ceramic Coating Experience Preferred:
  Hands‑on experience with paint correction techniques and ceramic coating applications strongly preferred.
• Customer Excellence Focus – Outstanding communication skills with a proven ability to exceed client expectations.
• Exceptional Work Ethic – Consistently dependable, punctual, and maintains professional standards.
• Self‑Motivated & Results‑Driven – Works independently with minimal oversight while consistently delivering superior results.
• Reliable Transportation – Must have a truck or SUV to transport tools and materials to job sites.
• Valid Driver's License – Required for travel to various job locations.
• Quality-Obsessed Mindset – Demonstrates meticulous attention to detail and refuses to compromise on quality.
