Kisselback Ford is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Accessories & Up-Fit Installer to join our team!
We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work, pays attention to detail, and has hands-on experience installing aftermarket accessories and vehicle up-fits.
What You’ll Be Installing:- Lift Kits
- Leveling Kits
- Bed Liners
- Tonneau Covers
- Running Boards
- 5th-Wheel Hitches
- Gooseneck Hitches
- And more!
- Previous experience with automotive accessory and up-fit installations
- Strong knowledge ofsuspension systems and alignments
- Experience performing quality installations with attention to detail
- Solid working knowledge of Maverick TCMW Tire Machines
- Experience using
Smart
Weight Elite Wheel Balancers - Ability to work efficiently while maintaining high-quality standards
- A team-oriented attitude and strong work ethic

Qualifications:
- Ability to identify the problem quickly
- Good knowledge of automobiles
- Effective analytical and communication skills
- Good reading, computer, and mathematics skills
- Ability to learn new technologies and stay up to date on training
- Should be able to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- High School Diploma or GED
- Technical degree preferred
- ASE certifications preferred
- Minimum of 1 year in service department
- Ability to lift 50 pounds
- Ability to work on your feet for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic Computer Skills
- Positive, friendly attitude
