Traffic Control Flagger

Join a team as a Traffic Safety Protector, responsible for setting up and removing traffic control devices such as cones, signs, and barricades at job sites.

You will guide traffic using stop/slow paddles, monitor site activity, and adhere to all safety protocols learned during training. Responsibilities include maintaining equipment, communicating effectively with team members, and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Flexibility for shifts, including nights, weekends, or emergency work, is required.

• Valid driver's license
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift 40-50 pounds for extended periods
• Willingness to work in traffic and diverse weather conditions
• Reliable, punctual, and safety-conscious attitude
• Pass pre-hire screening, including drug tests

The role offers hourly pay, overtime opportunities, paid training, and benefits such as paid time off, health insurance, 401(k), and advancement prospects to supervisory roles. Personal protective equipment is provided, requiring the use of steel-toe boots.
