Position Description About UsThermal Concepts, provides high-quality HVAC services to commercial clients across the region. Our team specializes in the installation, maintenance, and repair of heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems. We are committed to safety, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
What you’ll do- Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair commercial HVAC equipment, including rooftop units (RTUs), split systems, and related equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance, inspections, and system performance checks.
- Respond to service calls promptly while delivering excellent customer service.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Explain repair findings and recommend solutions to customers.
- Complete service reports, work orders, and required documentation accurately and on time.
- Follow all company policies and safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment.
- High school diploma or GED required, technical certification in HVAC or related field preferred.
- 3+ years of commercial HVAC service experience
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills
- Experience working with rooftop units and commercial systems
- EPA Certification required (Universal preferred)
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
