A&P Aircraft Maintenance Technician

Part 145 Repair Station – Challenger 600 Series / Learjet 60XR

We are seeking experienced FAA-certificated Airframe & Powerplant (A&P) Technicians to join our Part 145 aircraft maintenance operation. Our facility specializes in the maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, repair, and modification of Bombardier Challenger 600-series and Learjet 60/60XR aircraft.

We are looking for motivated aviation professionals who take pride in quality workmanship, aircraft safety, technical accuracy, and compliance with FAA and company procedures.

• Perform scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on Challenger 600-series and Learjet 60/60XR aircraft.
• Troubleshoot and repair aircraft systems and components using approved maintenance data.
• Perform inspections, functional checks, operational checks, and maintenance tasks in accordance with applicable maintenance manuals and company procedures.
• Complete maintenance records accurately and in a timely manner.
• Properly document discrepancies, corrective actions, parts installation, inspections, and return-to-service activities.
• Support aircraft inspections, heavy maintenance, modifications, and aircraft recovery as required.
• Maintain proper tool control, FOD prevention, parts identification, and workplace safety practices.
• Work effectively with Maintenance Control, Quality Assurance, Inspection, Engineering, and other maintenance personnel.
• Maintain compliance with FAA regulations, Repair Station Manual/Quality Control Manual procedures, and applicable manufacturer requirements.
• Participate in company-required initial, recurrent, and aircraft-specific training.

• 3 years or more working on Challenger 600-series aircraft and/or Learjet 60/60XR.
• Experience with scheduled inspections and heavy maintenance.
• Strong troubleshooting and aircraft systems knowledge.
• Experience with electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, environmental, fuel, landing gear, flight controls, and propulsion systems.
• Experience using OEM maintenance manuals and electronic technical publications.
• Ability to interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, structural repair data, and other approved technical information.
• Previous Part 145, Part 135, or Part 91 maintenance experience.
• Experience with RII, inspection procedures, or return-to-service requirements is a plus.
• Experience with computerized maintenance tracking systems is preferred.
• Must demonstrate strong attention to detail and commitment to aircraft airworthiness and safety.
