Salesforce Developer

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Salesforce Developer to join our growing technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain custom Salesforce solutions that drive business efficiency and support our organization’s strategic goals. You will work closely with stakeholders, business analysts, and architects to translate business requirements into robust, scalable technical solutions on the Salesforce platform.

• Design, develop, and deploy customizations on the Salesforce platform including Apex classes, Apex triggers, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Visualforce pages.
• Build and maintain Salesforce automation using Flow Builder, Process Builder, and Workflow Rules to streamline business processes.
• Integrate Salesforce with third‑party systems and internal applications using REST/SOAP APIs, platform events, and middleware tools such as Mule Soft.
• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices, coding standards, and governor limits.
• Write and maintain unit tests to ensure code quality and deployment reliability; maintain at least 80% test coverage.
• Support data migration activities, including data loading, transformation, and validation using tools like Data Loader and Data loader.io.
• Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve bugs, system errors, and performance issues across Salesforce orgs.
• Document technical designs, development specifications, and deployment procedures.
• Stay current with Salesforce releases, new features, and best practices; contribute to internal knowledge sharing.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience in a professional environment.
• Strong proficiency in Apex programming, SOQL/SOSL, and the Salesforce data model.
• Experience building Lightning Web Components (LWC) and familiarity with Aura component framework.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce security model including profiles, permission sets, roles, and sharing rules.
• Experience with Salesforce deployment tools and version control systems (Git, Salesforce DX, SFDX CLI).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required).

• Salesforce Platform Developer II or other relevant certifications (e.g., Admin, App Builder).
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud.
• Familiarity with Dev Ops practices and CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce (Copado, Gearset, or similar tools).
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum development teams.
• Exposure to Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or Field Service Lightning is a plus.
