Senior Agentic AI Engineer | ONSITE | Lauderdale, FL

We are seeking a Senior Agentic AI Engineer to design and deploy production-grade AI agents powered by large language models (LLMs). You will architect agent workflows using Lang Chain and Lang Graph, build scalable RAG pipelines, and implement robust evaluation, observability, and safety practices. This role requires translating complex requirements into reliable, high-performing AI systems.

As a senior contributor, you will drive technical design, establish engineering standards for agent reliability and monitoring, and ensure secure, scalable deployments. The ideal candidate combines deep experience building LLM-powered applications with strong software engineering fundamentals and a track record of production delivery.

Onsite 3x a week - Fort Lauderdale, FL

• Strong experience with LLMs and RAG architectures
• Proven experience building agentic systems with Lang Chain and Lang Graph
• Knowledge of AI safety, guardrails, and hallucination mitigation
• Experience designing multi-step workflows, tool integrations, and memory systems

• Experience with multi-agent or autonomous agent architectures
• Fine-tuning, model adaptation, or model routing strategies
• Experience building real-time or streaming AI systems
• Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
