Senior AI/ML Engineer Position Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior AI/ML Engineer with a minimum of 8+ years of experience to join our dynamic technology team. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy robust machine learning models and scalable AI solutions to solve complex business problems.

The ideal candidate has a deep understanding of data science principles, hands‑on expertise with modern deep learning frameworks, and strong software engineering practices to transition models from prototype to production smoothly.

• Model Development & Architecture: Design, train, and evaluate advanced machine learning algorithms (including regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble methods) to deliver high-accuracy predictions and insights.

• Data Engineering & Preprocessing: Architect end‑to‑end data pipelines, including data preprocessing, advanced feature engineering, and robust model evaluation methodologies.

• Deep Learning Implementation: Utilize deep learning frameworks to build, fine‑tune, and deploy neural network architectures for complex data patterns.

• API Integration & Deployment: Build, optimize, and consume scalable REST APIs to seamlessly integrate AI/ML models into production software environments.

• Database Management: Structure and query large datasets efficiently across both relational (SQL) and non‑relational (No

• Programming & Core Libraries: Strong proficiency in Python and standard ML libraries such as Num Py, Pandas, and Scikit-learn

• Deep Learning Frameworks: Hands‑on experience with Tensor Flow, PyTorch, or Keras

• API Development: Proven experience building and consuming microservices and REST APIs using Flask, FastAPI
