Seeking a experienced Deckhand with great attitude and strong work ethic. Vessel is 50m, private and based in Fort Lauderdale with trips to the Bahamas.
Vessel would ideally like a deckhand who is strong enough to promote into Bosun role within a year or so of joining.
This vessel offers a great work /life balance and would allow someone with accommodations to go home at night and on weekends.
Requirements:
- STCW.
- ENG-1.
- Small powerboat/ribmaster or RYA powerboat level II.
Compensation package:
- Monthly salary $4,000.
- Annual bonus.
- Christmas bonus.
- Salary reviews annually in May.
- 38 days paid leave.
- Days off in lieu at captain's discretion.
Training time and funding after one year of service.
Start date:
February 1st
