MUST HAVE DRIVERS LICENSE & PICK‑UP TRUCK

Need hardworking individuals for Door Step valet waste removal.

Ideal profile: high attention to detail, highly motivated, excellent communication skills.
Former Military Service Members Preferred – 5‑year contract opportunity.

• Own a good‑condition pickup truck (no vans or SUVs).
  Clean Late Model Pickup Truck Required.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Speak English.
• Good physical condition; able to climb steps.
• Comfortable using smartphones & apps.
• Federal tax ; LLCs and Incs welcome.
• No experience required – just a good attitude.

Sunday‑Thursday 8:00 PM–10:00 PM (part‑time). Arrive on property at 7:55 PM sharp.

• Collect bagged trash (cold, rain or shine) five days per week.
• Retrieve trash from every apartment door and take it to the onsite compactor.
• Remove trash quietly so residents can prepare for bed.
• Maintain daily communication with Valet Field District Manager.
• Adhere to mandatory pick‑up schedule 8:00 PM–10:00 PM Sunday‑Thursday.
• Ensure pick‑up truck remains clean and in good working condition.

Will train the right person. 5‑year contract work available. Federal tax ; LLCs and Incs welcome.
