• Manage and maintain logistics data in SAP, including order processing, shipment tracking, and inventory records.
• Perform high-volume, high-accuracy data entry across logistics and supply chain documents.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and accurate documentation.
• Reconcile shipping and inventory discrepancies and elevate issues as needed.
• Work cross-functionally with procurement, warehousing, and customer service teams.
• Prepare detailed logistics reports and dashboards using advanced Excel functions (pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, macros, etc.).
• Monitor carrier performance and maintain up-to-date freight documentation.
• Assist in improving logistics processes and supporting special projects as needed.

• SAP (2 years of experience is preferred)
• Excel Pivot Tables (2 years of experience is preferred)
• Excel (2 years of experience is required)
• Data Entry (3 years of experience is required)
