Pay: $25/hour

Shift Available: Mid Shift (4pm - 12am) - Must be available for assigned shift, including weekends and holidays

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Fleet & Operations Coordinator to be the communication hub of our 24/7 dispatch center, playing a vital role in maintaining our high standards of safety, service, and operational excellence.

As a Dispatcher, you’ll be the communication hub between our drivers, airline partners, and operations control center (OCC). You’ll manage time-sensitive flight schedules, monitor vehicle movements, and support our team to deliver safe, on-time transportation across the country. This is a fast-paced, mission‑critical position requiring sharp attention to detail, calm under pressure, and a passion for service excellence.

• Coordinate, schedule, and monitor transportation assignments to ensure timely service delivery and compliance with operational standards.
• Maintain real‑time communication with drivers, airline crew members, station leadership, and the Operations Control Center (OCC) to support seamless operations.
• Monitor vehicle activity using GPS, geofencing, and dispatch software to ensure efficient fleet utilization and service reliability.
• Proactively adjust routes, schedules, and driver assignments in response to flight delays, cancellations, traffic conditions, weather events, and other operational changes.
• Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, radio communications, and electronic messages with professionalism, urgency, and exceptional customer service.
• Accurately document trip details, service disruptions, incidents, and operational updates in company systems.
• Identify and escalate service issues, safety concerns, and operational risks to appropriate leadership in a timely manner.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by providing operational feedback and contributing to process enhancements.

• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Two (2) or more years of dispatch experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field preferred.
• Four (4) or more years of customer service experience in a fast‑paced, high‑volume environment preferred.
• Strong communication, multitasking, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
• Proficiency with GPS/tracking systems, dispatch software, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to remain composed, make sound decisions, and adapt quickly in a fast‑changing operational environment.
• Bilingual English/Spanish skills are a plus.
